Dear Students, Parents, and Teachers,

As we conclude another quarter, I am proud to reflect on the achievements and initiatives that have taken place at Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1 AFS Hindan. Our school continues to thrive both academically and creatively, thanks to the dedication of our students, the support of parents, and the hard work of our faculty. Student Achievements
Top Performers in Board Exams:
Km. Yogita, a shining star of PM SHRI KV No. 1 AFS Hindan, achieved the highest score in the Science stream with an exceptional 97.2%. We celebrate her hard work and dedication!

Co-curricular Excellence:
Our students have excelled in various competitions this quarter, including debates, quizzes, and inter-school sports events. Their achievements are a testament to their all-round development.

School Events and Highlights
Inauguration of “Bal Vatika” Program:
In line with the visionary National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the school introduced the Bal Vatika program for early childhood education. This initiative focuses on holistic development, play-based learning, and cognitive growth in young learners.

Art & Craft Week:
The school hosted its annual Art & Craft Week, where students from all classes displayed their creative projects. The objective was to foster artistic skills and encourage students to explore various forms of art and self-expression. Some of the standout exhibits included recycled craftwork, nature-inspired paintings, and clay sculptures.

Student Council Leadership:
The Student Council took the lead in organizing multiple activities this quarter, including inter-house sports events and a cultural fest. Their leadership has played a vital role in promoting teamwork and school spirit.

Teacher Contributions
Mrs. Preeti Kiran Honored:
We proudly announce that Mrs. Preeti Kiran, a senior Chemistry and Science teacher, received the Best Teacher Award at the national level. Her dedication to fostering excellence in her students and her work as a resource person for the KVS teacher training program are truly commendable.

Teacher Training Programs:
Mrs. Preeti Kiran also played a key role in conducting teacher training workshops for the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. Her sessions focused on innovative teaching methodologies and enhancing classroom engagement.

Co-Curricular Achievements
Sports Competitions:
Students participated in inter-house and inter-school sports tournaments, showcasing their athletic talents in football, basketball, and athletics. Our school won several accolades, adding to its reputation for sportsmanship and excellence.

Cultural Fest:
The school hosted a vibrant Cultural Fest, where students performed traditional dances, music, and drama. The event aimed to promote cultural awareness and celebrate the diversity of India.

Spotlight on Art & Craft
This quarter, our Art & Craft Program encouraged students to explore their creativity through a variety of mediums. From painting and pottery to collage-making and origami, students were given the freedom to express themselves artistically. The highlight was a special workshop on traditional Indian crafts, which brought out the artistic talents of students while giving them insight into India’s rich cultural heritage.

Message to Parents and Students
We are proud of the continued efforts of our students and teachers.
